TED Talk Tuesday: John Lloyd inventories the invisible

I've actually featured this video before, but felt it was relevant to what's been on my mind lately. My favorite line: "I refuse to be drawn on the question of whether God exists until someone properly defines the terms."

"TED Talk Tuesday" is back by semi-popular demand!  ;-)  Enjoy!

  1. That was awesome!

Particularly liked, "The more you look at something, the more it disappears."

  2. I like his point that the most important things in life are things you
    can't see.

  3. "Adieu", dit le renard. "Voici mon secret. Il est très simple: on ne voit bien qu'avec le coeur. L'essentiel est invisible pour les yeux." (Antoine de Saint-Exupéry: Le Petit Prince) - "Goodbye, said the fox. And now here is my secret, a very simple secret. It is only with the heart that one can see rightly. What is essential is invisible to the eye."

Thanks for the vid. It's great fun. And he's right, of course, about Auden.
